Twin County Regional Healthcare Names Chief Financial Officer

Recently, Twin County Regional Healthcare (TCRH) named Samantha McMillian as the chief financial officer of Twin County Regional Healthcare. McMillian began her new role on June 1, 2024.
McMillian steps up to the CFO position after serving as the facilities comptroller for eight years during which time she was instrumental in streamlining financial processes, enhancing reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic initiatives.
McMillian was born and raised in the Twin County area and carries a deep-rooted commitment to the community she has always called home.
“I’m thrilled to move into the role of CFO at Twin County Regional Healthcare, and I am proud to serve the very community that helped shaped me,” McMillian said in a statement. “It’s an incredible honor to give back and contribute to the health, growth, and success of the place I call home.”
“Samantha is a proven leader as evidenced by her achievements over the past few years as controller,” stated Sudandra Ratnasamy, chief executive officer of Twin County Regional Healthcare. “She has been involved in many systems implementations, strategic planning and works closely with our finance department to ensure fiscal responsibility in financial operations, budgeting and financial reporting.”
McMillian holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting, both from Liberty University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Virginia and has a passion for healthcare financial planning and budgeting.
