Sudandra Ratnasamy, MBA, FACHE
Chief Executive Officer
Sudandra Ratnasamy has a passion for quality care, patient safety, and fostering advances in patient, employee and physician experiences and satisfaction. In addition to her passion for patient care and advancing care within the community, Sudandra is equally as passionate for the work she does with employee engagement and leadership programming. She earned a B.S. in Nursing from The University of Central Florida in Orlando and an M.B.A from Columbia College in Missouri. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has served on the boards of or volunteered for organizations including the American Lung Association, Tampa Bay Tamil Church, and Operation Helping Hand.
William Alley
Chief Nursing Officer
William Alley began his career in healthcare in 1991 as an EMT and combat medic in the U.S. Army. Bill was cross trained as an orthopedic tech, and transferred from field work to hospital-based services scrubbing for orthopedics. After active duty, he attended the University of North Carolina in Greensboro. He holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University. Certified in Ambulatory Peri-Anesthesia Nursing (CAPA) and in the Operating Room (CNOR), he has experience in ICU, surgical services, operating room, PACU and hospital management. Bill is a member of the U.S. Army Reserves as an Officer in the Nursing Corps.
Samantha McMillian
Chief Financial Officer
Samantha McMillian was born and raised in the Twin County area and carries a deep-rooted commitment to the community she has always called home. She previously served as Controller at Twin County Regional Healthcare for 8 years, during which she was instrumental in streamlining financial processes, enhancing reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic initiatives. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting, both from Liberty University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Virginia and has a passion for healthcare financial planning and budgeting.
Leslie Bowers
People Services Director
Leslie Bowers holds a Master’s of Science in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University. Leslie is a talented leader who is motivated to make a difference in the lives of all she serves. Skilled in talent acquisition, compensation management, employee relations, and regulatory requirements, Leslie has management experience in manufacturing and most recently has been serving at Twin County Regional Healthcare as the Human Resources Generalist and Volunteer Services Director. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management. As a lifelong native of Galax, Leslie cares deeply for the community and is passionate about Twin County Regional Healthcare’s mission of Making Communities Healthier.
